Shipping policy

Order processing times.

Our orders are processed within 5-7 days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 14  days.  We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping costs and times

Shipping is calculated by the weight.  We have added more than one choice for you to decide which is best for you.  

We apologize for the shipping prices.  Our world is going through uncertain times with shipping. 

Returns, changes, cancelations

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided and a $7 shipping cost deducted from the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you when your refund has been processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wecare@bloomshoppers.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. there will be a $7 deduction from your purchase price for shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes

You may contact us to change your order, but we cannot guarantee we can change it.  It may already be shipped
